Find, export or remove your LabelCalm information, and understand which copies you control.

Export your personal information

Open Library options or Privacy and choose Export your data. A PDF gives you a readable report. JSON provides a structured export of retained check assessments, saved products and personal profile selections. Export is not an in-app backup or restore service.

Manage history and saved products separately

Privacy lets you change the history-retention period or delete local app data. Saved Library products, their label copies, personal profiles and preferences are retained separately from the history period. Remove saved items you no longer want; do not assume shortening history deletes your Library.

Copies exported to Files, email or another service need to be deleted in those places too. The app cannot remove copies another person has separately saved.

Replacing or losing your phone

Your current personal Library and history are on this phone. Signing in with Apple does not automatically upload, back up or restore them. Support cannot recover data stored only on a lost phone.

Ask about information we hold

For support correspondence or other personal information held by Dasher Consulting Ltd, write to the controller address above and tell us whether you want access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to object to processing. Include enough information to locate the relevant correspondence, such as the email address you used and an approximate date.

We will handle your request within the applicable legal time limit and explain any relevant exception. We may need proportionate identity information. Do not send passwords, payment details or a full backup. Information held only on your device is not remotely accessible to our support team.

Sharing and subscriptions

Circle accounts, sharing and subscriptions are not available yet. There is no cloud-account deletion journey in the current personal release. Shared-data controls will be described before Circles opens. If you have any existing Apple-managed subscription, deleting app data is separate from cancelling it in Apple's subscription settings.
