Tell us what happened

Include your device model, iOS version, app version and the steps that led to the issue. Tell us whether you used the camera, a photo, a barcode or manual text. For a label-reading problem, explain what the packaging says and what the app showed.

Only attach the label information needed to investigate. Do not send passwords, payment details, full device backups or unnecessary medical information.

Personal use is free

Label checks, local personal profiles, history, saved products and exports are free. You do not need an account for personal use. A complete, reviewed label check can be saved without a product photo; add a front photo later from Library.

Incomplete reads need another look

A selected ingredient can be found even when the rest of a label is unread. An incomplete or uncertain read is not a complete check. No selected matches does not mean a product is safe. Review the complete packaging and follow the app's capture or review guidance.

Data, exports and a new phone

Export is available from Library options and Privacy. Personal data stays on this phone; Apple sign-in is not an automatic backup or phone-replacement service. See Your data for retention, export and deletion help.

Release and Circle availability

LabelCalm is being prepared for release on iPhone. A verified App Store download link will be added when available. Circles, our optional friends-and-family sharing service, is in development. The planned model is one paying organiser with free invited members. Purchases are unavailable until sharing is ready.
