TERMS

A few shared
understandings.

LabelCalm is an informational tool to help you review ingredient labels against the triggers you choose.

Updated 6 October 2026. Operated by Dasher Consulting Ltd, 86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom.

Label information, not medical advice

LabelCalm is not a medical device, diagnosis tool, allergy test or treatment service. It does not certify that a product is safe. Always verify the complete product packaging and consult a qualified professional for medical decisions.

Check the evidence

Text recognition, barcode records and ingredient matching can be incomplete or inaccurate. Product ingredients may change. A saved check describes the information available at that time, rather than a guarantee about later products or formulations.

Personal use and planned sharing

Personal label checks, local profiles, history, saved products and exports are free and do not require an account. Optional paid sharing is planned. One organiser subscribes to a Circle; invited members join free. Circles is still in development. Prices, subscription conditions and purchase information will be available before subscriptions open.

Availability and purchases

The iPhone app is being prepared for public release. This website does not provide an account, checkout or subscription purchase. Circle billing is unavailable until the connected sharing service is ready. Any future purchase terms will be shown before you agree to a purchase.

Illustrations on this website

The product names, label results and shared Circle shown here are illustrative examples. They do not represent verified product assessments, live accounts or an operating sharing service.

Use the service responsibly

Do not attempt to disrupt the app or website, access someone else's information without permission, or submit content you do not have the right to share.

Your information and consumer rights

Read the Privacy policy and Your data for local storage, exports, retention and requests. Nothing in these terms removes statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
